DocNow is the annual interdisciplinary documentary festival featuring the work of Ryerson University’s Master of Fine Arts program in Documentary Media. The Atomic Photographers Guild (APG) is an international collective of artists dedicated to making visible all facets of the nuclear age. Created in 1987, the APG documents the history, impact and ongoing legacy of the atomic age – emphasizing nuclear weapons mass-production, atomic testing and proliferation, nuclear power, reactor accidents, radioactive waste containment, irradiated landscapes, and radiation affected populations. The Catalyst is a large-scape space dedicated to scholarly, research, and creative (SRC) activities within the Faculty of Communication and Design (FCAD) at Ryerson University. Located on the 2nd floor of the Rogers Communication Centre, The Catalyst houses several SRC projects, labs, and research centre such as the DMRC. The Catalyst serves to support potential, nascent, and ongoing projects by researchers and their collaborators.
